Simply enter the record request and client's HIPAA authorization form in CASEpeer. Records On Time will check the system hourly for new requests, marking them as pending. Records On Time will deliver the records into CASEpeer's document storage system already OCR’ed and compressed, update the status as received, and notify the paralegal. Associated costs and expenses are added automatically to the case costs. All activity and request related communications will be logged as notes to the case. All this without ever leaving CASEpeer, with a dedicated Records on Time customer service representative assigned to you for single point of contact.
