CASEpeer Announces New Integration With Records On Time

CASEpeer now integrates seamlessly with Records On Time, a modern medical records retrieval service designed to save personal injury law firms time and money.

CASEpeer has announced an integration with Records On Time, a modern medical records retrieval service for law firms. The integration will provide a fast and seamless way for attorneys and staff to request and receive clients’ medical records without leaving their practice management platform.

Records On Time is an end-to-end service provider that ensures all records law firms need to do their job are delivered to them in a high-quality, reliable, and responsive manner. With CASEpeer's integration with Records On Time, legal professionals can streamline their records and billing requests.

“Records retrieval is a painful and time consuming process for personal injury law firms. For each client, paralegals and legal assistants must gather health provider records and billing for the related medical treatment,” says Gabriela Cubeiro, CASEpeer CEO and Co-Founder. “I’m seeing more law firms interested in using services like Records on Time than ever before. Our new integration with their robust platform delivers an unparalleled user experience, which is what we strive for with integration partners.”

The integration between CASEpeer and Records On Time only requires one action by the law firm's paralegal or legal assistant. Simply enter the record request and client's HIPAA authorization form in CASEpeer. Records On Time will check the system hourly for new requests, marking them as pending. Records On Time will deliver the records into CASEpeer's document storage system already OCR’ed and compressed, update the status as received, and notify the paralegal. Associated costs and expenses are added automatically to the case costs. All activity and request related communications will be logged as notes to the case. All this without ever leaving CASEpeer, with a dedicated Records on Time customer service representative assigned to you for single point of contact.
